Dan Cumberland

Seattleite

A few years ago Dan got together with Victor, an old friend from college, and they ended up talking about changing the world. Victor mentioned The Prop and we're fortunate to have had Dan with us ever since. A fantastic photographer (Sparkfly Photography), loving husband (to the lovely Stacia), proud dog owner (Lina), amateur beekeeper, and busy grad student (Seattle School of Theology and Psychology), Dan works on The Prop during all of his spare time.

Michelle Lincoln

The Wisconsonite

Hailing from the great state of Wisconsin, but now residing in the Chicagoland area, Michelle is the rare cheesehead who eats no cheese. A proud vegan, animal lover, runner, outdoors enthusiast, and people person - she's creative, fun, and organized - and you haven't even gotten to know her yet! We, however, are incredibly fortunate that we have gotten to know her. She brings a needed voice and incredible energy to The Prop.

Kik McNally

The Chicagoan

Kik is the original Prop Catalyst, while studying graphic design at Columbia in Chicago she came up with an idea for a community art & cultural center called The Prop. Originally from Grand Rapids, Kik feels like a native Chicagoan except for the fact that she's a huge Mavericks fan and has Dirk Nowitski posters all over her apartment. A big deal creative director, she works like crazy, but when she takes a few hours off she works on The Prop.

Matt Nelson

The Middle of Nowherian

Matt is an artist disguised as a programmer. He and his wife Ann have a son named Kai and another bun in the oven. Formerly with the Art Institute of Chicago, Matt also teaches in the Interactive Media department at Bradley University. Matt's into motorcycles, architecture, and of course computers. He's also pretty handy; if we had any household problems he could probably fix them for us, but since we don't he helps fix everything else.

Amelia Rabelhoeffer

The Oregonian

Not actually an Oregonian, at least by birth, but she's falling in love with it just the same. Family in the Chicago area, Amelia has recently been transplanted to Bend to run a human rights bookstore/boutique and be special events manager for Kilns College. She loves the opportunity working with The Prop has given her to explore a growing passion for social justice, of course she's a natural fit because of her dual degree and interests in nonprofit business and art, well that and she's really cool.

Victor Saad

The Egyptian

Victor is a dreamer and an engine; always thinking up new possibilities and moving forward on as many are possible at one time. Seriously, you should see this guy go. With the freedom to work from almost anywhere, you'll usually find him in Chicago. Victor is passionate about the idea that relationships are the most powerful means for social change, and is forging ahead with The Prop and The Leapyear Project, exploring the intersections of business, art, design, and sustainability.

Tyler Savage

The Texan

Proudly from Texas but no longer a resident there, Tyler now lives & rides his mountain bike in Karlsruhe, Germany. He's been on board with The Prop since it was just a gleam in Kik's eye and is continually blown away with the team of people he works with. His profession is believing in people and he loves connecting the unrelated, challenging established ideas, and learning how to do the impossible.

Mike Worley

The Coloradan

Although Mike would rather being playing in the Rocky Mountains all the time, he also works in an office developing innovative marketing strategies for authors, non-profits, and causes he believes in. Mike's an enthusiast, a connector, and loves helping make things happen. An amazing wife, precocious dog, and wonderful family round out the picture quite well.
